Smoothie Fun with PamelaMon May 30, 2016
Smoothies are a great way for on-the-go people like us to quickly grab a snack packed with a ton of nutrients. And for people like me with a killer sweet tooth, they also satisfy my constant craving for something sweet! To me, this is like drinking dessert out of a straw, but it also helps boost my vitality....win/win!! Def one of my favorites.
- 1 cup of kale
- 1 cup raspberries, frozen
- 1 banana, frozen
- 1 tablespoon of coconut butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 3/4 cup almond milk
Blend until smooth and serve!
