ZENGO CYCLE is a 50 minute cycling class that pushes you to your physical limits and beyond. Our master instructors will have you almost “dancing” on your bike so your mind and body remain engaged. Unlike traditional cycling classes these movements ignite your core, obliques and triceps. One or two pound weights will be used to tone your upper body all while your lower body continuously cycles for the ultimate full body workout.
An extra 15 minutes is added to our classic ZenGo cycle class for that added something extra....extra metabolic boost, extra endorphin rush, extra ignition of your core, obliques and triceps.
ZENGO BARRE is a 55 minute class designed to increase your flexibility and promote longer, leaner muscles by engaging small isolated muscle groups in a series of high repetition movements. This class emphasizes the importance of form and alignment. In addition to the barre we use light weights, playground balls and stretching straps. The serenity of our small dedicated barre studio will peacefully re-charge your mind while your body and muscles are ignited by the intensity of the philosophy.

Pilates Sculpt is a contemporary version of classic Pilates Mat work, designed to tighten and tone the entire body by incorporating hand weights and resistance bands.
